How do we migrate records from paper and Excel?
You do not migrate everything. Focus on the data you still use — current residents and their profiles, the medications being given now, and allergy histories. Our team helps plan an import sized to your center. Old, unused data can stay as a backup file; there is no need to re-key all of it.
Can we control who can see or edit records?
Yes. Access is role-based — nurses, assistants and managers see and edit within different scopes. Every change is captured in an audit log of who did what and when, so you always know who accessed which resident's data. That is a core requirement for meeting PDPA.
Is the health data secure and PDPA-compliant?
