Why we built Caleo
Thailand's elderly care sector is growing fast, but the tools care teams rely on haven't kept up. Care notes are handwritten, rotas live in Excel, families get updates through LINE — each piece in a different place, none of it connected.
We believe good software should carry that weight — write the notes from a voice memo or a few words, catch the quiet risks inside the data, and tell the family what their loved one's day looked like. Without the care team having to do more.
Caleo is built from the ground up for Thai context: PDPA-compliant, aligned to สบส. standards, and designed around how Thai care services actually operate.
